  1. Incorporate loads of strength training with cardio.  The cardio will help with overall fat loss, and the strength training will help with the tone and texture of the skin.  Skin, even with cellulite, always looks best over muscle rather than fat. If you hate the gym and traditional weight training, find a steep hill or loads of stairs to run up.
  2. Diet.  Don’t cut out the good fats like flax seed oil, avocado, nuts, fish etc..   Those fats are actually complimentary to weight loss (that’s not saying that they have no calories though!). Don’t touch saturated fats and processed foods.

This is my own recipe for the best cellulite fighting protein shake, it has been tried and tested and I think it’s now pretty perfect.
It packs a three punch because you can use it as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch and by substituting just two meals a day and then having a normal dinner you are pretty much guaranteed to lose weight, which is the most important thing you can do to get rid of cellulite, combined of course with specific exercises to target the problem areas.
It’s full of antioxidants from the berries which together with the flax seed oil will help support the skin giving it a firm appearance.
Including protein in every meal is vital to maintain and keep muscles, which is very important in the fight against cellulite, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn even when you’re sitting still, plus the skin which covers muscle looks a lot better than skin which covers fat.
Combining a healthy diet and including specific exercises is the best anti cellulite treatment there is… one more thing.. having protein in every meal helps you to feel fuller between meals.

What you need:

  1. A good quality blender
  2. Yougurt
  3. Banana
  4. Flax seed oil
  5. Protein Shake

Steps:

  1. Get yourself a really good blender and mix the following:

  6. Add of course the all important protein powder, vanilla is good as it doesn’t interfere with the other flavours once again feel free to experiment,whey powder is another safe bet as it doesn’t really have flavour.
  7. Add one cup of water, you can add more or less depending on how thick you want your shake to be. In summer you can add ice cubes to make it thicker and colder…..a real treat.
  8. Blend it all together and pour it in a really nice glass,a cocktail glass would do the trick
