Sit with your back up against a firm surface, your knees bent and your fingertips resting on the floor beside you. Place a cushion between your knees, breathe in and, as you breathe out, squeeze the cushion between your inner thighs for a slow count of eight. Repeat five times. Make sure your inner thighs are doing the work while the other parts of your legs are relaxed.
