Sit with your back up against a firm surface, the soles of your feet together and your hands lightly grasping your ankles. Breathe in and, as you breathe out, release your knees towards the floor. It sometimes helps to tuck a couple of plump cushions underneath your knees so that there is something for them to relax into.
