		<description>Tone the lower body (thighs and hips) by doing special exercises. Target the muscles in your thighs by doing leg lifts and side lying leg lifts (see Resources). Do ten repetitions of the lifts for each leg; increase to three sets of ten repetitions and then add resistance bands.

Exercise the arms and the back of the arms by doing bicep curls and overhead extensions with weights (see Resources). You can also use resistance bands to work the arms. Tone a flabby stomach with the abdominal rocker exercise (see Resources).

Do lunges and squats to get rid of cellulite on the buttocks. Add one to five pound weights to your ankles for a better workout. Start with ten repetitions and increase to three sets of ten repetitions. You can do other squat exercises such as ball and bench squats (see Resources).

Get a home gym machine or join a club and get rid of cellulite with exercise machines. Use the elliptical trainer, treadmill, leg press or weight training machines to work the upper and lower body.
