		<description>Hi there, to look at someone squating go to youtube.com and type in squats in the search engine, there are lots of examples there, plus look at lunges and try thigh exercise. You can see lots of good examples of how to exercise correctly, I would recommend you dont view the ones with huge body builders as they tend to have poor technique.

Basically, to do a squat correctly, you stand with a shoulder width stance, neutral spine (straight back), holding dumbbells or a barebell in your hands, palms facing back, with arms extended, and a weight you can handle comfortably; then lower  your body slowly, bending only at the knees. 

To reduce risk of injury, don&#039;t squat any farther down than when your thighs are parallel to, or in-line, with the floor. Inhaling on the way down gives your core and back more support, exhale on the way back up, don&#039;t hold your breath at any point during the movement.

Also it is important to turn on the lights if it is dark outside as the light will stimulate your energy level.  Another good idea is to open your windows &amp; curtains and let in the fresh air as this will stimulate your lungs.
