Cellulites Stage One:

Mild cellulites.  Women who experience stage one cellulites are likely to be under thirty, with a fairly active life style and a relatively healthy diet.  The appearance of cellulite in this stage is quite compact, and while you could notice some dimpled areas, it’s likely that you will only notice the problem when you squeeze the fesh in your hands.

Cellulites Stage Two:

Mild to problematic cellulites.  The appearance of cellulites is noticeable, however it is compact and localised rather than covering an expansive area.  there will be a blotchiness to the skin tone in these areas, and they can feel spongy and clammy to the touch.  Generally, this stage is experienced by women between the ages of thirty and thirty-five, who for the most part have a fairly healthy diet, but often reach for convenience of fast foods and may slack off on exercise.

Cellulites Stage Three:

Problematic cellulites.  The cellulite-affected areas will be of greater expanse and will be quite noticeable over the thighs, hips and buttocks.  Skin will have less elasticity, can often appear blotchy and sponge like, and will have a greay of blue discolouration due to poor circulation.  The skin can be cold and clammy to touch and won’t spring back quickly when pressed.  Stage Three cellulites usually affects women aged between thirty five and forty.

Cellulites Stage Four:

Most advanced cellulites.  Not life threatening but extremely uncomfortable and painful for those who experience it.  It is very noticeable, and can often be seen through clothing.
