<p>To get rid of cellulite through exercise you need to literally jiggle the cellulits off of your body.  The best way to do this is to wear loose clothing so as not to constrict the cellulite affected sites in any way.   Then do some  VERY active things like running, or jumping or very energetic squats.  Also, some specific targeted cellulite exercises, like strength training ones, and thigh exercise machines  will help you get rid of your cellulite and make the area tighter.  You&#8217;ll have a sexy cellulite free butt in no time.</p>
<p>Also it is important to turn on the lights if it is dark outside as the llight will stimulate your energy level.  Another good idea is to open your windows &amp; curtains and let in the fresh air as this will stimulate your lungs.  Be sure you exercise near the window so you are breathing the maximum amount of fresh air.  Loud, energetic music can help also.</p>

<br />Tone the lower body (thighs and hips) by doing special exercises. Target the muscles in your thighs by doing leg lifts and side lying leg lifts (see Resources). Do ten repetitions of the lifts for each leg; increase to three sets of ten repetitions and then add resistance bands.</p>
<p>Exercise the arms and the back of the arms by doing bicep curls and overhead extensions with weights (see Resources). You can also use resistance bands to work the arms. Tone a flabby stomach with the abdominal rocker exercise (see Resources).</p>
<p>Do lunges and squats to get rid of cellulite on the buttocks. Add one to five pound weights to your ankles for a better workout. Start with ten repetitions and increase to three sets of ten repetitions. You can do other squat exercises such as ball and bench squats (see Resources).</p>
<p>Get a home gym machine or join a club and get rid of cellulite with exercise machines. Use the elliptical trainer, treadmill, leg press or weight training machines to work the upper and lower body. Get the proper instructions before using these machines.</p>

<p>Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.<br />

<p>Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.</p>
<p>The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don&#8217;t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.</p>
<p>The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism.</p>
