16 Jun 2009TO my horror i have a bit on the back of my thigh when i press the skin together! argh!
ANY DRINKS which help? i know water does.
im a uk size 10 and im not fat or anything.
I DO EXERCISE! 3 times a week for 2 hours! plus lots of sex! and daily sit ups
IF I HAD A CURE I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO WORK AGAIN. ITS FATTY DEPOSIT THAT BROKEN UP UNDERNEATH THE SKIN AND THERE IS NOTHING TO REMOVE IT. ONLY SURGICALLY. ONLY LOTIONS CAN MAKE IT LESS NOTICEABLE, BUT ITS STILL THERE. TRY NIVEA Q10 FIRMING LOTION. I LOST WEIGHT AND EXERCISED AND STILL THERE AND I LOST OVER 60 POUNDS AND STILL GO TO THE GYM. NOW I AM TRYING WEIGHT TRAINING TO TIGHTEN UP, I STILL SEE CELLULITE.

16 Jun 2009also what are some other things i can do to help remove it?
Hi,
sorry, i don't know of any creams.
i do know that cutting down on oils in your diet will definitely help to clear up some of that fatty deposit. if you cut out all oil – not all fats, but don't overdo them – no fried foods, oil-based salad dressings, mayo, potato chips, etc… within a month you should see a difference, and you will also drop some weight as well.
drink lots of water, too.
it's amazing how much will disappear just by cutting out oil.
good luck

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first. If you’re female, chances are that you suffer from cellulite in some way, shape or form. The fact that you are reading this means that you want to learn how to get rid of cellulite and find out what the best cellulite treatments are. The good news is that you’re not alone, and in most cases you can eliminate cellulite, if not certainly reduce the appearance of it.
Cellulite is the name give to the lumpy irregular fat deposits that are often found on the thighs, hips and buttocks of women. Sometimes in its advanced stages, cellulite can also be seen on the stomach, breasts and arms. Dr. Oz says that if you have cellulite, point the finger at your family tree—the way your body stores fat is genetic. He says that fat cells, when they’re doing their job, suck in as much fat as they can and then grow larger.
There is a massive billion-dollar industry of anti-cellulite treatments, and Dr. Oz says all of the treatments—from creams and balms to procedures like rolling and smacking—have one thing in common: They don’t really work. “You can’t put a cream on and get inside the fat cell,” he says. While they may be able to give you a short-term reduction in appearance of cellulite—caused by swelling in blood vessels and tissue—”It doesn’t hold,” Dr. Oz says.
But don’t get disheartened, because while there aren’t any magical cellulite laser machines or cellulite crèmes, lotions and potions that will work permanently, that doesn’t mean that nothing will work. There are definitely specific exercises and dietary choices that can be done to get rid of cellulite for good. That really is the very best cellulite treatment because it is effective and assuming you consistently put in a little effort, permanent.

15 Jun 2009Cellulites Stage One:
Mild cellulites. Women who experience stage one cellulites are likely to be under thirty, with a fairly active life style and a relatively healthy diet. The appearance of cellulite in this stage is quite compact, and while you could notice some dimpled areas, it’s likely that you will only notice the problem when you squeeze the fesh in your hands.
Cellulites Stage Two:
Mild to problematic cellulites. The appearance of cellulites is noticeable, however it is compact and localised rather than covering an expansive area. there will be a blotchiness to the skin tone in these areas, and they can feel spongy and clammy to the touch. Generally, this stage is experienced by women between the ages of thirty and thirty-five, who for the most part have a fairly healthy diet, but often reach for convenience of fast foods and may slack off on exercise.
Cellulites Stage Three:
Problematic cellulites. The cellulite-affected areas will be of greater expanse and will be quite noticeable over the thighs, hips and buttocks. Skin will have less elasticity, can often appear blotchy and sponge like, and will have a greay of blue discolouration due to poor circulation. The skin can be cold and clammy to touch and won’t spring back quickly when pressed. Stage Three cellulites usually affects women aged between thirty five and forty.
Cellulites Stage Four:
Most advanced cellulites. Not life threatening but extremely uncomfortable and painful for those who experience it. It is very noticeable, and can often be seen through clothing.

I'd pay a lot..lol.
Momo, I agree with ya there, I think I would pay quite a bit for a cellulite cure. I know drinking lots of water diminishes the appearance of it and using a loofah but I wish I could just banish it 4-ever… I do not have a lot but what I do have makes me really self-conscious…

1 Jun 2009Best Cellulite Exercise: The Plie
Use the plie, a classic ballet posture, to work the muscles of the thighs. Place your hands on your hips and stand with your heels together and your toes pointing outwards. Breathe in and rise up onto your toes. Breathe out and lower yourself into a squatting position, making sure that your back is straight. Do not go any lower than is comfortable and stop if you feel any strain in your knees. Breathe in again and, pressing on the balls of your feet, raise yourself as slowly as you can to the standing position. Breathe out and rest. Repeat three times.
