Sit with your back up against a firm surface, your knees bent and your fingertips resting on the floor beside you. 10 Mar 2009I’ve been in good shape all my life, and I’m definitely not fat. I’m 5′5 and I weigh 102. I run everyday about 2 miles, but I’ve always had fat/cellulite on my thighs and knees. What can I do about this cellulites problem?

I am not overweight, but I have it badly on the back of my upper legs and buttox area…..
