<p>One major factor in a cellulitis treatment  is diet. Cutting back on fatty foods and sugar will help reduce body fat. A diet that helps flush toxins out can also help you to get rid of cellulite. Drinking eight glasses of water a day will help with this too. Cutting back on coffee and sodas, as well as chocolate can also help. Eat your fruits and vegees. Green leafy vegetables and lots of fresh fruits will help your body flush toxins away, as will garlic, leeks and onions. Sweet red or green peppers, kale and broccoli are high in vitamin C and bioflavonoids and can make the connective tissues suppler. A healthy diet can help you get rid of your cellulite, and increase your general health.</p>
